Pick your event
Check whether there's a departure from your city and at what time. The stop and the return time are on the event page, before you book.

Book your seat
You pay online. You see the breakdown and the total before confirming. No account needed.

Get your QR
A ticket reaches you by email, one per seat. Showing it on your phone is enough.

There and back
Someone from the team waits at the stop with the list. When the event ends, the coach leaves from the same place.
Why BusEvents
It started as a coach hired between friends so nobody had to drive back from a gig in Madrid. It went well, we did it again, and it ended up being this. We work mostly in Andalusia, though the destination can be wherever it needs to be.
Nobody has to drive
The return trip is included and leaves when the event ends. No more drawing lots for who stays sober.
Clear numbers
You see the transport price and the booking fee separately, and the total before you pay. Nothing turns up later as a surprise.
Licensed coaches
We work with chartered transport companies that carry passenger insurance. Long trips run with two drivers.
We know who's on board
Every seat carries a name and a QR. Before setting off we know if anyone is missing.
Either it runs, or you get everything back
Each route needs a minimum number of travellers. If we haven't reached it a week before, we cancel and refund the full amount, booking fee included.

Running an event where your audience comes from far away?
We handle the shuttles: we open the routes, sell the seats and check people on board. You get a dashboard showing how your event is selling and how many seats are free on each coach.

Frequently asked questions
What does the price include?+
The return seat and passenger insurance. The booking fee is shown separately, itemised before you pay. Entry to the event is not included: you buy that from the promoter.
What if I miss the coach back?+
The coach waits 15 minutes past the published time. After that it has to leave, because the driver has a legal limit on hours at the wheel. Your ticket carries a phone number: if you're running late, call.
Can under-18s travel?+
Yes. If the traveller hasn't turned 18 by the day of the event, at booking we ask for the name and ID number of their parent or legal guardian.
What if the coach doesn't fill up?+
Each route needs a minimum number of travellers to be viable. Seven days before departure we count: if we haven't got there, we cancel that route, tell you by email and refund 100 % of what you paid, booking fee included. We'd rather warn you a week ahead than leave you stranded.
Can I cancel my booking?+
Up to 72 hours before departure we refund the transport amount. The booking fee is not refunded, because that work is already done. After those 72 hours the seat is already committed to the coach company. If we're the ones cancelling the route, everything comes back, fee included.
